Pollinator Pathway Garden Tour

The Kawartha Lakes Pollinator Action Committee invites you to learn more about pollinator gardens by taking their Pollinator Pathway Garden Tour on June 22, from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, as part of Bee City’s Pollinator Week celebrations.

What is a pollinator garden? How can you help support our declining native bees and other beneficial insects? On this self-guided tour you can visit up to 12 private gardens and 7 public spaces. Big and small, old and new, in towns and around the countryside.

Discover the nature in someone else's backyard. Meet your neighbours. Find out where to buy native plants. Discover new corners of our fair "City". "Bee" inspired to register your own garden on the Kawartha Lakes Pollinator Pathway.

Save the date. Choose where you would like to go and how much time you would like to spend. Contact us at beecitykawartha@gmail.com to find how to obtain your Garden Tour Map when they are ready. When the tour passports and maps are ready, they will be available at Municipal Service Centers.
