Update: Small Business Virtual Event Has Been Cancelled

COVID 19 and safety are key issues facing all businesses so we're looking forward to a discussion and Q & A with expert panelists from Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS) and the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development. The expert panel includes;

Bill Chen, Regional Community Coordinator with Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS) who will provide an overview of health and safety basics for small business owners. You'll learn about the Safety Road Map, hierarchy of controls, and be introduced to a variety of free resources to support program development and COVID-19 controls.

Adina Croitoru, is the Small Business Program Specialist with the Industrial Health and Safety Program in the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development. She has been an active member of the Small Business Action Plan Working Group with Occupational Health and Safety System Partners since the beginning in 2015.

Lori Shepherd, Regional Community Coordinator with Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS) brings over 25 years in the occupational health & safety field and connects with businesses and communities in Ontario, to share simple safety solutions. Her volunteer activities focus on Threads of Life. Lori is also a trainer for Health & Safety Certification. She has facilitated numerous webinars for our community partners and associations.
